Paola wears many hats. She’s a dedicated mom, a homeschooler, a wife, and an advocate in the ADHD and Autism communities. Crucially, she’s also a magna cum laude pharmaco-biochemist and intuitive herbalist.
For her, these aren’t separate roles — they are the one story that started Pao & Jo.
At her kitchen table, the line between lab and home blurred. Science notes sat beside homeschool books, jars of herbs dried in the corner, and the daily rhythm of caring for beautifully wired children shaped every choice.
She began making products for her family because the gap was too wide to ignore: the exhausting distance between a label’s false promise and what a sensitive body actually felt; between a 10-step routine and a chaotic Tuesday morning.
What worked for her family resonated with friends, and then with their friends. Pao & Jo grew not from a dream to build a business, but from a simple, fierce need to create essentials that truly fit.
