Please reach out to our customer support. We'll initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate your order. It is our policy to wait 7 business days before taking the decision on replacing an order that is missing. Most of the time the order will show up within 7 days.

FAILED DELIVERY/LOST PACKAGES:

It is very important that you supply us with your correct shipping address. Pao and Jo will not be held responsible for lost or items due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. The address you enter at checkout is the address that is used on the shipping label so please double check your information for accuracy. We are not responsible for shipping to wrong or old addresses and we do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Most deliveries are validated by the carrier with a picture at drop off for proof of delivery.

We are not be liable for packages that are delivered to the correct address and missing or stolen after delivery.
